From our test calls it seems you only receive choice of music if you are expected to be queuing for 5 minutes or longer. Music does change if you select different type.
We're giving Aviva 4 Stars for their ingenuity in at least keeping their customers amused and giving them a listening choice with this phone menu, even by their own admission they will be keeping them queuing for a while.
